The V Lounge generally opens at 4:00pm followed by a 5:00pm first seating time for the dining room. Lunch is served in select locations and on select days for a lucky few. Select locations are open for Thanksgiving and all locations are open for the remaining major holidays with the exception of Christmas Day. The day before Thanksgiving and Christmas, some locations may close early. We let the individual managers decide what's best. If business is light, we want our staff to get a jump-start on enjoying their holiday. Be sure to call if you're planning to visit on those days. We would hate for you to be disappointed.

Complimentary valet parking is available at most Eddie V's. There are a few exceptions. Please visit the location details page to see if we can accommodate you and your car. When we can, we're pleased to do both.

Eddie V’s is a fine dining restaurant with an elegant atmosphere. To maintain this experience for everyone, we ask guests to dress in attire that is appropriate for our restaurant. If unsure, think business casual or resort evening wear. Regardless of reservation status, the following are not permitted: athletic shorts, uncovered sports bras, other bra-style tops, excessively revealing clothing, exposed undergarments, clothing with offensive language or imagery, and clothing emitting offensive odors. Men’s shirts must have sleeves.

We wouldn't want anyone to miss out on an Eddie V's experience, so we're happy to customize dishes for our vegetarian guests. But do call ahead to see what our chef can offer you, or discuss it with your server when you arrive.
